Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide any reason.
For the return to be accepted :
- The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- The product must be in new condition to allow it to be resold.
- The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
Return postage is free of charge.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you may request an exchange or a refund. Please contact us by email at support@edmondveltor.com, attaching photos of the issue to help us process your request as quickly as possible. Return postage for faulty or damaged items is covered by us at no cost to you.

Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary between 7 and 14 days depending on your bank.
